Due to the paramagnetic properties of oxygen, under the action of the changing magnetic yield on the measurement gas chamber, the gas path difference is generated between the two ends of the pressure difference sensor. A gas path pressure difference signal contains oxygen concentration information of measured gas, is modulated on a wave carrier frequency of an excitation current signal frequency of the electromagnetic element, is amplified by an analog circuit, and then is demodulated and analog-to-converted to obtain a digital oxygen concentration signal.
