The invention also provides a preparation method for the plate oxygen sensor, which comprises superposition, hot pressing and sintering of the heating body and the oxygen measurement body. By reducing the size of the insulating layers, the reference gas substrate is combined with the heater substrate more closely, and the separation probability caused by co-firing is reduced, so that the plate oxygen sensor has good sealing property and high thermal shock resistance.
