The movable seat is provided with a stirring cavity used for the stirring mechanism to rotate; the stirring mechanism is connected with a rotating motor, and the transmission mechanism is connectedwith the stirring mechanism and a bottom rod; a discharging hole is formed in the inner wall of the bottom of the stirring cavity, and the discharging mechanism is movably arranged in the discharginghole; the lower end of the discharging mechanism is fixedly mounted on the bottom rod; the bottom rod is directly movably mounted on the movable seat or movably mounted on the movable seat through a limiting mechanism; and a funnel is detachably mounted on the movable seat below the bottom rod.
