Abstract

The invention provides an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate comprises a substrate, a light shielding layer, a first auxiliary electrode, a buffer layer, a thin film transistor, a second auxiliary electrode, a flattening layer, a first electrode, a third auxiliary electrode, a pixel definition layer, an organic light emittinglayer and a second electrode, wherein the light shielding layer and the first auxiliary electrode are arranged on the substrate; the buffer layer covers the light shielding layer and the first auxiliary electrode; the thin film transistor and the second auxiliary electrode are arranged on the buffer layer, and the second auxiliary electrode is electrically connected with the first auxiliary electrode through a first via hole; the flattening layer covers the thin film transistor and the second auxiliary electrode; the first electrode and the third auxiliary electrode are arranged on the flattening layer, and the third auxiliary electrode is electrically connected with the second auxiliary electrode through a second via hole; the pixel definition layer defines a light emitting area and covers the third auxiliary electrode; the organic light emitting layer is arranged on the first electrode and located in the light emitting area defined by the pixel definition layer; and the second electrode covers the pixel definition layer and the organic light emitting layer, and the second electrode is electrically connected with the third auxiliary electrode through a third via hole.
