Abstract

The detection kit detects high-risk miRNA levels in a subject body through real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR to evaluate whether tumor cells have drug resistance and metastasis risks or not in a breast cancer chemotherapy process, and the detection kit is a relatively convenient mode depending on the detection of miRNA and takes the accuracy and the feasibility of operation into consideration; and with a methodwhich compares the high-risk miRNA level with that of a normal human body for grading so as to evaluate the drug resistance and the metastasis risk, a predictive program based on clinical prospectiveis established, and the stability and the uniformity of detection are considered.
