The method comprises thesteps: obtaining a power grid current, a power grid voltage and a DC side voltage at a current moment; obtaining an angular frequency value and a phase value of the power grid voltage at the currentmoment by utilizing a phase-locked loop of a single-phase active filter; virtually constructing a two-phase orthogonal rotating coordinate system, and calculating the input active power and reactive power of a current PWM rectifier; and obtaining a compensation instruction current at the current moment according to the current rectifier input active power and reactive power.
