The system comprises a chain type guide track, a suspended bracket, an electrode plate and a multistage power supply, wherein the chain type guide rack is mounted in an inspection well and a drainage pipeline; the suspended bracket is suspended on the chain type guide track; theelectrode plate is embedded into the suspended bracket; and the multistage power supply is located on the ground outside the inspection well and supplies power to the electrode plate through a waterproof cable. The system makes full use of internal spaces of the inspection well and the drainage pipeline, due to splicing designing of the chain type guide track, transportation of the suspended bracket in the drainage pipeline is achieved, due to a slot type structure of the suspended bracket, mounting of the electrode plate is achieved, and meanwhile, due to the electrolytic effect of the electrode plate and multistage parameter control of the multistage power supply, in-situ water quality purification of the drainage pipeline is achieved. Compared with the prior art, the system has prominent characteristics of being good in applicability, easy to implement, diverse in function, flexible to operate, remarkable in effect, and the like.
