Abstract

The invention discloses an indirect resistance heating device for a wire feeding process during additive manufacturing, and belongs to the technical field of electric heating parts. The lower end of ashell sleeve assembly is connected with a bolt nut fastening assembly which is fixed on a base; the shell sleeve assembly is fixedly provided with an indirect resistance hot wire assembly through fastening screws, and the wire feeding direction is adjusted by an eyelet bolt; an end part of the indirect resistance hot wire assembly is provided with a wire feeding nozzle joint which is connected with a wire feeding nozzle; the indirect resistance hot wire assembly is connected to a 220V standard voltage, wherein heat is generated by an electric heating effect of a soldering-iron-core heating wire, and after passing through a heat conducting pipe, a fine metal wire in a wire feeding process during additive manufacturing is preheated; a wire-feeding hose joint is fixedly connected to the shell sleeve assembly; and the wire-feeding hose joint is connected to a wire-feeding hose and fastens the wire-feeding hose by a fastening screw. The device has a simple structure, is convenient to operate and has a good effect.
