The sleep monitoring and sleep regulation-and-control device comprises a sleep regulation-and-control bed, and a sleep monitoring unit and a sleep regulation-and-control unit arranged on the sleep monitoring unit in a matching manner; the sleep monitoring unit comprises a signal measuring sensor, a sensor state detection circuit, an analog signal amplifying and filtering circuit, a first analog-to-digital converter and a multi-core digital processor; one end of thesignal measuring sensor is connected with the sleep regulation-and-control bed, and the other end of the signal measuring sensor is electrically connected with the sensor state detection circuit; thesensor state detection circuit is electrically connected with the analog signal amplifying and filtering circuit; the analog signal amplifying and filtering circuit is electrically connected with thefirst analog-to-digital converter; the first analog-to-digital converter is electrically connected with the multi-core digital processor; the multi-core digital processor is electrically connected with the sleep regulation-and-control unit; and the sleep regulation-and-control unit comprises a micro-current stimulation module, a light regulation module, a somatosensory vibration module and a temperature control module.
