The system comprises a hydrogen-water-vapor mixing pipeline andan air-water-vapor mixing pipeline which are led out of a tail gas exhaust outlet of an electric pile, and a mixed exhaust device for collectively exhausting water and gas in the hydrogen-water-vapormixing pipeline and the air-water-vapor mixing pipeline; and the hydrogen-water-vapor mixing pipeline is provided with a first gas-liquid separator and then is connected with the mixed discharging device and the fuel cell hydrogen supply system, and the air-water-vapor mixing pipeline is provided with a second gas-liquid separator and then is connected with the mixed discharging device. Gas-liquidseparation treatment of tail gas of the hydrogen supply system and the oxygen supply system is achieved, the mixed discharging device is additionally arranged in the tail gas treatment system, the water discharging box and the gas discharging box are integrated, dry gas and water are stored and treated in the mixed discharging device in a separated mode, and therefore the arrangement structure ismore compact.
