Abstract

The invention discloses a bendable protective film for a high-flexibility curved screen and a preparation method of the bendable protective film. The protective film comprises a first flexible HC treatment layer, a flexible modified PET layer, a second flexible HC treatment layer, an adhesive layer and a release layer which are sequentially arranged in a stacked mode. Wherein the flexible modifiedPET layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 80 parts of PET, 30 to 70 parts of polybutylene terephthalate, 2-20 parts of hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester, 0.5 to 10 parts of styrene-butadiene-styrene, 0.5 to 10 parts of calcium silicate, 0.5 to 5 parts of calcium benzoate, 0.2 to 5 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 0.5-15 parts of a composite modifier, and 1-10 parts of a stabilizer. The bendable protective film has excellent bending resistance, light transmission, toughness and strength; the product provided by the invention can be well applied to protection of flexible screens and curved screens with high requirements on bending resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of film materials, in particular to a bendable protective film for a highly flexible curved screen and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, folding mobile phones are popular, and various mobile phone brands are vigorously promoting foldable screens. Folding screens are expensive and easy to be damaged, so folding screens need to be protected with bendable protective film materials. However, the existing planar protective films have deficiencies in bending resistance, scratch resistance, etc., and it is difficult to meet the current demand. For example, patent 2011110196112.5 discloses a flexible screen protective film and its preparation method, which has good anti-scratch and bactericidal functions, but it is not enough to improve the bending resistance. [0003] So now a more reliable solution is needed. Contents of the invention [0004] The technical problem to be solved by t...
