Abstract

The invention discloses application of an antibacterial traditional Chinese medicine ingredient composition to killing of a biofilm. A biofilm in vitro model is used for study, and an in vitro intervention effect of a mixture of chelerythrine, sanguinarine and berberine on a candida albicans and streptococcus mutans two-species biofilm is discovered. By using the mixture, the obvious inhibition and clearing effects can be achieved on the candida albicans and streptococcus mutans two-species biofilm.
