The invention discloses a method for constructing a blockchain account system with user-defined permission, which comprises the following steps: in an initial state, configuring two groups of public and private key pairs for a blockchain account, respectively an administrator and a tourist, the private key of the administrator having a permission allocation function, and the private key of the tourist having an initial default function; utilizing the administrator private key to create or modify a public and private key pair for the blockchain account, and defining the authority of the publicand private key pair so as to realize that the plurality of public and private key pairs perform corresponding authority on the blockchain account; when a certain public and private key pair initiatesan on-chain operation, performing signature on the transaction by a plurality of related public and private keys, transmitting the on-chain operation to an out-block node after signing, and the out-block node generates a block containing the transaction and completes the on-chain operation; and when a certain public and private key pair authorizes other public and private key pairs to be substituted into a certain right, synchronizing corresponding functions of the public and private key pair to other public and private key pairs to enable other public and private key pairs to quickly add permissions.
