According to the structure, the planting cylinders are fixed to the mounting tables, and the hydrophilic plants are planted in the planting cylinders, so that the ecological environment of a seawall is achieved; and the hydrophilic plants can ecologically purify seawater during seawater tide rising, the cleaning mechanism blocks garbage on the shore, when seawater tide rising occurs, the garbage floating on the sea surface is flushed to the cleaning mechanism, and the garbage is left on the cleaning mechanism after seawater tide falling, so that cleaning is facilitated, and the marine pollution isreduced.
