Abstract

The heat isolation ring groove is additionally formed in the piston head so that a heat isolation function can be effectively achieved, heat transfer and absorption of piston ring heat are reduced, the phenomenon that a piston is easily bonded, stuck and excessively abraded due to the factors such as temperature, thermal load immediate alternating stress,thin lubricating oil films and poor cooling conditions when the piston is in a more severe working environment is avoided, abrasion of the gas ring grooves, a piston ring and a cylinder sleeve is effectively reduced, and the service life of the cylinder sleeve, the piston and the piston ring is prolonged.
