Abstract

The invention discloses a micro-service fault prediction method and a micro-service fault prediction device, which are used for solving the problem that in the prior art, fault prediction cannot be performed on micro-services based on logs. The method comprises the steps of obtaining historical log data of the micro-service; extracting feature data from the historical log data, wherein the featuredata comprise a plurality of feature items; calculating the information gain values of the feature items; taking the feature items of which the information gain values are greater than a preset threshold value as target feature items; training a fault prediction model by adopting the target feature items; and acquiring current log data, and inputting the current log data into the fault predictionmodel to generate a fault prediction result. The method comprises the steps of extracting feature data from historical log data, extracting the target feature items of which the information gain values are greater than the preset threshold value from the feature data to serve as sample data, and constructing the fault prediction model, thereby realizing prediction of a fault condition of the micro-service in a future period of time through the fault prediction model, and taking measures in time for a prediction result to reduce fault loss.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of microservice processing, in particular to a method and device for predicting microservice failure. Background technique [0002] Microservice failure prediction is to analyze the current status of the grid metering system based on the microservice architecture to determine whether the system will fail in a period of time in the future, and effectively prevent the impact of system failure. According to the changes in the analysis object, fault prediction is mainly divided into two categories in practical applications: prediction based on the historical fault data of the grid metering system and prediction based on the current grid metering system operating parameters. [0003] By analyzing the failure prediction research of microservice systems, we can know that most of the existing failure prediction methods for microservice systems do not make full use of the information contained in the log data in the...
