Abstract

The invention relates to a sleep awakening method and system. The dormancy awakening system comprises a controller, a comparison circuit and a charging and discharging circuit. The output end of the comparison circuit is connected with the controller. The first input end of the comparison circuit is used for inputting reference voltage. The first potential end of the charging and discharging circuit is connected with the second input end of the comparison circuit and used for outputting the current potential of the charging and discharging circuit to the second input end. The controlled end ofthe charging and discharging circuit is connected with the controller. The controller is used for controlling the charging and discharging circuit to discharge to enable the voltage of the second input end to be smaller than the reference voltage before entering the sleep mode, and is also used for controlling the charging and discharging circuit to charge after entering the sleep mode; the comparison circuit is used for outputting a wake-up signal through the output end when the voltage of the second input end is larger than the reference voltage. The controller flexibly controls the dormancy time and the working state of the controller by controlling the charging and discharging state of the charging and discharging circuit.
