Abstract

Bluing can enable cell nucleus to present obvious blue. The eosin dye liquor can dye the cytoplasm red, so that the comparison betweenthe cytoplasm and the cell nucleus is more distinct, and the HE staining effect is improved. The invention further discloses an HE staining device which comprises a sample preparation assembly, a plurality of solution bottles and a peristaltic pump, a solution is added into or pumped out of the sample preparation assembly through the peristaltic pump, so that the working efficiency is improved; and the sample preparation assembly comprises a test tube, a water bath kettle and an ultrasonic transducer, and can realize water bath heating and uniform oscillation.
