Abstract

The invention discloses an organic waste fermentation method which comprises the following steps: stirring organic waste and compound bacteria, and stacking into a fermentation pile; covering the fermentation pile with a breathable film; introducing a gas containing oxygen into the fermentation heap; wherein the compound bacteria comprise bacillus subtilis, bacillus subtilis natto, bacillus brevis, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus delbrueckii, streptococcus faecalis, streptococcus lactis, streptococcus thermophilus, candida utilis, pichia pastoris, nitrifying bacteria, methane acidifying bacteria, sulfur reducing bacteria and photosynthetic bacteria.
