The psychological crisis intervention management method provided by the invention includes: screening input individual information according to a three-level screening mechanism to obtain individualswith high suicide tendency; and carrying out early warning and intervention on individuals with high suicide tendency. The first-stage screening mechanism realizes potential risk assessment, and starting from the aspects of personal experience, personality traits, stress life events, social support, depressive emotion and the like, suicide-related risk factors objectively existing in individuals are tested, so that the potential risk level of suicide of the individuals is indirectly assessed. The second-stage screening mechanism achieves suicide tendency evaluation, and the current subjectivesuicide tendency of the individual is directly measured by using a self-evaluation scale from the perspectives of despiring feeling, suicide approval, suicide preparation and the like. The third-stagescreening mechanism achieves identification and evaluation, adopts a face-to-face conversation mode, and is evaluated and diagnosed by an experienced consultant to further determine individuals withrelatively high suicide risks.
