The method comprises the steps of projection recognition, wherein if the virtual projection device is in astate of projecting a virtual control panel, operation of a user to the virtual control panel is recognized; and first illumination, wherein the light emitting parameters of the first light emittingunit and the second light emitting unit are adjusted according to the operation type of operation of the user to the virtual control panel. According to the scheme, the light emitting parameters of the first light emitting unit and the second light emitting unit in the illumination device are adaptively adjusted by detecting the operation type of the user to the virtual control panel projected bythe virtual projection device, then the virtual projection device provides the optimal projection effect, and meanwhile the optimal visual experience is provided for the user.
