The cell culture box has the advantages that a cell nutrient solution can be sprayed through a liquid storage groove under the condition that the sealing box is not opened, so that contact between cells and external bacterial impurities is reduced and the cells are not infected; when the nutrient solution is sprayed to the cells, air in the sealing box can be exchanged through an air exchange chamber and air circulation in the sealing box is promoted; and the air sterilization device can provide clean air for the sealing box very well and the survival rate of the cells is ensured.
