Problems solved by technology

Therefore, the predecessors optimized the vegetation index by replacing other bands with red-edge bands, such as red-edge optimization index (ORVI) and normalized difference red-edge index (NDRE). Although this method contains information about red-edge bands, it also Lost information from other bands

Embodiment 1

[0048] figure 1 A flow chart of a method for estimating the SPAD value of tobacco leaves based on the new vegetation index provided by the embodiment. The research area of this example is in Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, with geographical coordinates of 29°56′48"~31°19′30"N, 117°57′54"~119°38′39"E, located in the southeast hills and The low mountains and hills in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River have a typical subtropical monsoon climate, with an average annual temperature of 15.6°C, an annual precipitation of 1200-1500mm, and a frost-free period of 8 months. The main crops are wheat, rice, rapeseed, tobacco, etc. The tobacco planting varieties are "Yunyan 97" and "Yunyan 87", with a planting row spacing of 1.2m and a plant spacing of about 0.45m.

[0049] In this example, the period of tobacco prosperity from May 7 to 11, 2019, the period of tobacco maturity from June 30 to July 4, 2019, and the period of tobacco prosperity from May 11 to 14, 2020 were c...

Abstract

The invention provides a tobacco leaf SPAD value estimation method based on a novel vegetation index. The method comprises the following steps: 1) measuring a tobacco leaf SPAD value, and recording the geographic coordinates of a sampling point; 2) obtaining visible light near-infrared multispectral remote sensing image data which is synchronous with or similar to the date for measuring the SPAD value and comprises a red-edge wave band, and performing preprocessing on the visible light near-infrared multispectral remote sensing image data; 3) extracting tobacco spectral reflectivity data of sampling points on the remote sensing image; 4) calculating a vegetation index OVI, and constructing a novel vegetation index red-edge soil adjustment index RESAVI; 5) analyzing the correlation between the vegetation index and the tobacco leaf SPAD value, and screening characteristic indexes; 6) constructing unary linear regression, multiple linear regression and a tobacco leaf SPAD value estimation model based on a random forest algorithm; and 7) utilizing the actually measured SPAD value data verification model, analyzing the influence of RESAVI on the precision of the tobacco leaf SPAD value estimation model, and determining an optimal model for estimating the tobacco leaf SPAD value. The tobacco leaf SPAD value is rapidly and nondestructively estimated, the accuracy of tobacco leaf SPAD value estimation is improved, and tobacco growth monitoring is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of crop biochemical parameters and growth monitoring, in particular to a tobacco leaf SPAD value estimation method based on a new vegetation index. Background technique [0002] Tobacco is an important economic crop, and scientific and refined management is crucial to improving the quality of tobacco. Tobacco growth and quality monitoring, fertilization, irrigation and other management need to be based on tobacco biochemical parameters. As one of the main biochemical parameters of tobacco, chlorophyll is the main pigment for photosynthesis in the leaf chloroplast, and is closely related to tobacco yield, maturity and physiological indicators. Quickly, accurately and non-destructively predicting the chlorophyll content of tobacco leaves will help to grasp the growth of tobacco in time and provide scientific basis for planting managers. Traditional laboratory chemical methods for determining chlorophyll cont...
