Abstract

Disclosed is a method for generating droplets based on microfluidics, comprising the following steps: a. making at least one particle exist in the liquid bridge generated during the process of generating droplets in a microfluidics device, and then following the generation of droplets , the discrete phase sample breaks at both ends of the particle in the liquid bridge to generate a primary droplet of a first size and a satellite droplet of a second size containing the particle, b. Extraction and capture of the satellite droplet via a flow guide channel . The present invention can obtain satellite droplets with a very small volume. Therefore, when the satellite droplets contain particles, they have a very high particle volume ratio. Therefore, the present invention overcomes the disadvantage that the microfluidic devices used for droplet generation in the prior art are difficult to generate microdroplets with a high particle volume ratio.
