Abstract

The invention discloses a droplet generation method based on microfluidics, which comprises the following steps that a, at least one particle exists in a liquid bridge generated in a droplet generation process in a microfluidics device, and along with the generation of the droplet, a discrete phase sample breaks at both ends of the particles in the liquid bridge to generate main droplets of a first particle size and satellite droplets containing the particles of a second particle size; and b. the satellite droplets are extracted and captured via a flow guide channel. According to the invention, the satellite droplets with very small volume can be obtained, so that the satellite droplets have very high particle volume ratio under the condition that the satellite droplets contain particles. Therefore, the microfluidics device overcomes the defect that in the prior art, a microfluidics device for droplet generation is difficult to generate microdroplets with a high particle volume ratio.
