Embodiment Construction

[0045] In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0046] Embodiments of the present invention provide a low-voltage sensor fault identification control method and device, which are applied to a multi-connected air-conditioning system. The multi-connected air-conditioning system includes a plurality of parallel outdoor unit modules, and each outdoor unit module is connected to one or more indoor units. Each outdoor unit module is provided with a compressor and a low pressure sensor, wherein the low pressure sensor is provided on the suction pipe of the corresponding compressor. Through the low pressure sensor, the low pressure saturation temperature corresponding to the low pressure sensor can be detected. The low-voltage sensor fault identification control method and device are used for ...

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a low-voltage sensor fault identification control method and device, and a multi-split air conditioning system, and relates to the technical field of air conditioners. The method comprises the following steps: under the condition that compressors of a plurality of outdoor unit modules stop and stand for first preset time, stop low-voltage saturation temperatures corresponding to low-voltage sensors of the plurality of outdoor unit modules are obtained; and whether the low-voltage sensors are detected to be abnormal or not is preliminarily identified according to the stop low-voltage saturation temperatures. If so, the outdoor unit module corresponding to the low-voltage sensor which is preliminarily identified to be detected to be abnormal is marked as an abnormal module. Under the condition that heating operation is carried out for a second preset time, low-voltage saturation temperatures corresponding to the low-voltage sensors of the plurality of outdoor unit modules, the exhaust temperatures of the compressors and the opening degree of an outdoor unit expansion valve of the abnormal module are obtained. Whether the low-voltage sensor of the abnormal module is determined to be detected to be abnormal or not according to the low-voltage saturation temperatures, the exhaust temperatures and the opening degree of the outdoor unit expansion valve. According to the method, fault identification can be effectively carried out on the low-voltage sensors.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioning, in particular to a low-pressure sensor fault identification control method, device and multi-connected air conditioning system. Background technique [0002] The multi-connected air-conditioning system will have more temperature sensors. These sensors are the core input parameters of the multi-connected air-conditioning system. When the sensors are abnormal or damaged, the normal operation of the air conditioner will be affected. Especially the low pressure sensor is the core of the multi-connected air conditioning system. However, it is difficult to identify faults of low-voltage sensors in related technologies at present. Therefore, how to identify sensor faults and perform adaptive control without affecting user use is worth studying. Contents of the invention [0003] The problem solved by the invention is the technical problem that the low pressure sensor is difficult to identify...
