Abstract

The invention relates to a weaving process of a fully-formed cubic geometric structure fabric. The cubic box-shaped fabric is composed of a bottom surface, a top cover and a cylindrical box body part, wherein the box body part comprises a box body front piece and a box body rear piece when unfolded. The weaving process specifically comprises the following steps: (1) weaving the bottom surface of a parallelogram, the top surface of the parallelogram and a box body front piece on a rear needle bed, and weaving a box body rear piece on a front needle bed; (2) weaving the bottom surface from bottom to top on the rear needle bed, and integrally moving rightwards by one needle when two rows of coils are woven; (3) after the bottom surface is woven, performing conventional cylindrical fabric weaving on the box body front piece and the box body rear piece on the front needle bed and the rear needle bed respectively; and (4) after the box body part is woven, weaving the top cover on the rear needle bed, and making the connection between the top cover and the box body part and the connection between the top cover and the bottom surface symmetrical in the horizontal direction. The weaving process solves the problem of conversion from a plane full-forming process to a three-dimensional full-forming process in the prior art.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of knitting home textiles and industrial full-form, and in particular relates to a weaving process for a full-form cubic geometric structure fabric. Background technique [0002] Conventional full-shape technology is generally used in the field of clothing. Based on the design idea of sewing-free front and rear garments, garments and sleeves, it essentially belongs to the design method of flattening a three-dimensional structure into a flat structure with the same width at the front and rear. This design method is suitable for It is suitable for daily clothing, but it has certain limitations in the realization of clothing accessories, home textiles and industrial structural parts, such as seat covers, paper boxes, hard bags with bases, and industrial cubic structural parts. Sheet, back sheet, side sheet, and bottom or top surface, these cube-like geometric structures exceed the conventional two-dimensional...
