A first cross-section part (55)extends in the width direction of the load beam(16) passing through welding parts(32,33). The first cross-section part (55) is warped up toward the flange parts(43,44). A second cross-section part(56) extends in the width direction passing through a different position from that of the welding parts(32,33). The second cross-section (56)part has a lesser height difference as compared to the first cross-section part(55). A die (61)is used when bending the second bending part(50). The die(61) includes a first relief part (71)including a first inclined surface(73) and a second relief part(72) including a second inclined surface (74)in both sides of the supporting surface(70).
