Embodiment 1

[0058] Example 1: Establishment of an indicative polychlorinated biphenyl detection method in chicken

[0059] Selection of test samples: Refer to the method stipulated in the meat and meat product sampling standard GB / T9695.19-2008, collect chicken samples in supermarkets in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, and refer to the detection standard GB / T5009 for the content of indicative polychlorinated biphenyls in food .190-2014 for testing, select the chicken that did not detect the indicative PCB as the test sample.

[0060] The compositions of seven indicative PCB mixed standards are shown in Table 1.

[0063]

[0064] (1) Preparation of standard solution:

[0065] Preparation of standard stock solution: Accurately draw 2mL of the 100mg / L indicative PCB standard solution shown in Table 1, add it to a 20mL volumetric flask and dilute with acetone to obtain an indicative PCB with a concentration of 10mg / L Stock so...

Embodiment 2

[0088] Example 2: Methodological verification of the method for the determination of indicative polychlorinated biphenyls in chicken

[0089] In this experimental example, the blank sample of the undetected batch of indicative PCBs was used as the research chicken matrix for method verification. The verification content included linear equation, limit of quantification, limit of detection, recovery rate, and precision.

[0090] (I) matrix effect

[0091] The prepared indicator PCB mixed standard solution is determined by GC-MS / MS, and the mass concentration x is linearly regressed with the peak area y of the indicator PCB, and the standard working curve is drawn to obtain each indicator Linear equations and correlation coefficients for PCBs.

[0092] Take an appropriate amount of samples for which no indicative polychlorinated biphenyls were detected, and obtain a blank matrix extract according to the optimized pretreatment method in Example 1. Replace acetone with a blank m...

Embodiment 3

[0109] Embodiment 3: Actual sample detection

[0110] Sampling samples: With reference to the method specified in the meat and meat product sampling standard GB / T9695.19-2008, chicken samples were collected in supermarkets in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, and a total of 15 batches were sampled.

[0111] Detection was carried out according to the optimized method of Examples 1 and 2.

[0112] The results are shown in Table 5. It can be seen that the contents of the detected indicative PCBs are all lower than the quantification limit, far below the residue limit (0.5mg / kg) stipulated in the national standard.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting indicative polychlorinated biphenyl in chicken, and belongs to the technical field of detection. Acetone is used as an extractant, an anhydrous magnesium sulfate and sodium acetate mixed extracting salt bag is used as extracting salt, and a N-propylethylenediamine, florisil and terminated octadecyl silica gel mixed purifying bag is used as an adsorbent, the indicative polychlorinated biphenyl in the chicken is extracted and purified, and GC-MS/MS is used for detection. The seven kinds of indicative polychlorinated biphenyls are within the linear range of 0-100 [mu]g/L, the correlation coefficients are all 0.9980 or above, the detection limit is 0.1-0.5 [mu]g/kg, the quantification limit is 0.3-1.5 [mu]g/kg, and the sensitivity is high. The method has the advantages of few pretreatment steps, elimination of a matrix effect by using a matrix correction curve, high instrument sensitivity, simplicity, accuracy, high efficiency and the like, and has a good application prospect in batch and rapid detection of the indicative polychlorinated biphenyl in the chicken sample.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for determining indicative polychlorinated biphenyls in chicken, and belongs to the technical field of detection. Background technique [0002] Polychlorinated biphenyls are a class of synthetic organic compounds commonly used as insulating oils, heat carriers and lubricating oils. Its structural feature is that hydrogen atoms at different positions on two adjacent benzene rings are replaced by chlorine atoms. According to the substitution position and number of chlorine atoms, there are more than 210 homologues, collectively called polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). PCBs mainly exist in the air, water and soil. It is estimated that the residual amount of PCBs in the global atmosphere, water and soil is 250,000 to 300,000 tons. PCBs in the environment enter the food chain through microorganisms and plants, and are enriched in organisms through biomagnification, among which high-fat foods are more likely to enrich PCBs....
