The meal replacement powder is prepared from 48%-50% of insect double-protein powder, 13% of high-dietary-fiber combined powder (wherein the ingredient ratio of konjaku flour to chia seeds to inulin is 50: 10: 40), 19%-21% of maltodextrin, 11%-13% of fruit powder and 5%-7% of medium-chain triglyceride powder (MCT). Based on the formula, the chia seeds and other materials are subjected to primary dispersion in the high-dietary-fiber composition in the ball milling process, and then the ball-milled high-dietary-fiber composition and part of insect double-protein nutrition powder are subjected to secondary dispersion according to the proportion of 1: 1; and carrying out three-stage dispersion on the uniformly premixed materials and other ingredients in a three-dimensional mixer to finally prepare the insect double-protein high-dietary-fiber meal replacement powder.
