The automatic sample injection system is provided with at least a sample injector for performing a sample injection operation on an analysis device, and the sample injector is provided with: a turntable on the upper surface of which a plurality of sample bottle receiving holes are provided on the same circumference, the turntable rotating so that each of the plurality of sample bottle receiving holes moves so as to draw a circumferential trajectory; the plurality of sample bottle receiving holes are arranged corresponding to various types of sample bottles in order to receive various types of sample bottles with different sizes; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the turntable, the control unit being configured so as to identify the size of the sample bottle to be supplied when the sample bottle is supplied from the sampler to the sampler when the sampler for supplying the sample bottle to the sampler is provided, and to determine the size of the sample bottle to be supplied when the sample bottle is supplied from the sampler to the sampler.
