Abstract

The invention discloses an application of a banana fusarium oxysporum 4 # physiological race (chitin synthase 6) gene. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the banana fusarium oxysporum 4 # physiological race. Specifically, the invention provides the application of the banana wilt pathogen No.4 physiological race CHS6 gene in the pathogen resistance, pathogenicity and chlamydospore formation process. The CHS6 gene can improve pathogenicity of pathogenic bacteria and regulate and control formation of chlamydospores.
