Embodiment 1

[0017] Sowing tulip bulbs is carried out when the average daily temperature is around 15°C. Carefully peel off the brown skin of the bulbs when sowing to prevent root damage. After the tulip bulbs are sown, if the soil is dry, water it once, and cover the ground with a thin layer of barley grass before frost. After the stems of the tulip plants have stretched in the second year, remove the flower buds. Spray a growth regulator containing 8ppm CPPU once, and then spray the same concentration of CPPU after 2 weeks. When the sun is strong and the temperature is above 25°C, use a shade net to cover 30% to 70% of the sunlight from 10 am to 3 pm. Harvest the bulbs when about one-half of the tulip plant's leaves are withered.

Embodiment 2

[0019] Sowing tulip bulbs is carried out when the average daily temperature is around 15°C. Spray the growth regulator containing 4ppm CPPU (containing 0.1% potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.05% washing powder) once, and spray the same growth regulator once after 2 weeks. When the sun is strong and the temperature is above 25°C, use a shade net to cover 30% to 70% of the sunlight from 10 am to 3 pm. Harvest the bulbs when about one-half of the tulip plant's leaves are withered.

Abstract

The method for resisting retrogression in the course of producing seed bulb of tulip includes the following steps: after it is sowed, covering the surface of the soil with rice straw to reduce soil temperature, it is favorable for delaying senility of tulip plant, after the scape of the tulip plant is extended, removing bud so as to reduce nutrient consumption, it is favorable for growth of underground seed bulb, using phenylurea growth regulator CPPU (N-(2-chloro-4-pyridyl)-N-phenylurea) or adding small quantity of growth regulator containing potassium dihydrogen phosphate and washing powder to treat leaf blade of tulip, when the sunlight is intense, adopting sunshading measure, when one-half of leaf blade of tulip plant is withered, harvesting seed bulb. Said invention can prolong growth period of tulip plant, can inhibit retrogression of seed bulb and implement rejuvenation of seed bulb.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to an anti-degeneration method in the production of tulip bulbs, which uses a growth regulator to treat tulip leaves, delays plant aging, realizes bulb rejuvenation, and inhibits degradation. It belongs to agricultural biotechnology, especially garden plants and ornamental horticulture. Background technique: [0002] Tulip (Tulipa gesneriana L) is a world-famous bulbous flower. Since the 1980s, my country has introduced and cultivated large-scale varieties from the Netherlands, and the bulbs have always been dependent on imports. Now, our country needs to spend a lot of foreign exchange every year to import tulip bulbs from the Netherlands for one-time use. In order to solve the problem of localization of tulip bulbs, domestic scholars have conducted many years of research. [0003] Tulip plants can germinate and grow at about 5°C, and will senile and die above 25°C. After the bulbs are sown in autumn, they need to go through ...
