This bacterial manure containing engineering strain of Azospirillum brasilense DraT- with multi-copied nifA is also disclosed. The cultured engineering strain as bacterial manure is applied for field plant of corn and wheat to decrease use amount of urea, increase yield and save manure, promote plant growth by IAA.
