The application discloses a
plant-source bio-growth-promoting synergistic
fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The
fertilizer is prepared by compounding
plant-source composite growth-promoting substances, a composite microbial
flora and a
carrier material in a
specific mass ratio. The
plant-source composite growth-promoting substances are prepared by
solid-state
fermentation and extraction of
gynostemma pentaphyllum,
astragalus and acanthopanax. The composite microbial
flora contains brazilian
nitrogen-fixing
spirillum, fluorescent
pseudomonas and
brevibacillus brevis, and is embedded and fixed by using kappa-
carrageenan microcapsules containing
biochar nanoparticles. The carrier is lignosulfonate-modified nano-attapulgite. The application also provides a corresponding preparation method. The granular
fertilizer is finally prepared through steps of activating the strains by a composite activation solution, embedding by microencapsulation and carrier loading
granulation. The fertilizer combines the synergistic effect of plant-source active substances and functional microorganisms, significantly improves the activity of the
flora and the field
colonization capacity, and can effectively promote
plant growth, improve
crop yield and quality.
