Problems solved by technology

The morphological and biological changes at different developmental stages are bound to be accompanied by different gene differential expression patterns, which lead to the unique metabolism and development process of schistosomiasis, and also make the antigenicity of schistosomiasis very complicated, so the development of schistosomiasis vaccines become a worldwide problem

Abstract

A method for screening Schistosoma japonicum 36D4 gene sequence and its clone are disclosed. The process is carried out by taking Schistosoma japonicum adult as experimental group, taking worm eggs as driven group, constructing adult degressive plasmid as library, selecting, cloning to make cDNA micro-array, and hybridization analyzing to obtain the final product. It applies inhibited hybridization technology.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, in particular to the nucleotide sequence of the 36D4 gene of Schistosoma japonicum (Chinese mainland strain) and the cloning of the 36D4 gene of Schistosoma japonicum (Chinese mainland strain). Background technique [0002] Schistosomiasis is a widely distributed and serious zoonotic parasitic disease caused by schistosomiasis infection. It is a serious public health problem that needs to be solved urgently. At present, the main prevention and control strategies for schistosomiasis are large-scale chemotherapy, mollusc control and health education in susceptible areas. However, because therapeutic drugs cannot solve the problem of repeated infection of schistosomiasis, the problem of repeated infection of humans and animals is prominent, especially for this disease. It is difficult to achieve long-term effective control of the disease due to repeated infection of livestock, the main source of infect...
