Abstract

The present invention provides a pet operated ball rebounding toy that is adapted to rebound a rolled ball back to the approximate origin of the rolled ball upon contact. The present invention comprises a housing having at least one exterior surface. At least one ball rebounding target is disposed on one of the housing exterior surfaces, while the housing further comprises a power supply means, a motion sensor, a target impact sensor, and optional hinges that are adapted for securing together adjacent housings. The interior of the housing comprises a control circuit that controls a solenoid, a plunger, and a speaker. In use, a pet pushes a ball towards the target, thereafter the motion sensor detects the ball motion or an impact sensor recognizes a contact between the ball and the target such that the control circuit instructs a solenoid plunger to thrust outward, thereby contacting and rebounding the ball.
