Other bed sizes such as twin, queen, king or any size can be used as well. The main structure(s) are made of carbon steel squared, rectangular, and round tubes, but other materials e.g. aluminum, stainless steel, or composite materials can be used for the construction of the structure as well. On FIG. 1, the bed only has installed the mattress to show the main structure(s). When a fitted sheet, bed skirt and a comforter are installed on the bed, it will be very difficult or not possible to differentiate between a regular bed and the bed with means to be converted to a strength training machine for different types of strength exercises.
