Abstract

An improved men's underwear that provides for quick access to penis for faster and cleaner urination. This underwear is the first to allow catheterized men to use underwear giving them back their dignity. The underwear includes a movable sheath and stretchable opening that allows fabric to slide back and forth the shaft of the penis. This stretchable opening also allows for the changing / inserting of catheters without having to take off the underwear. To urinate one simply slides back the fabric (over the zipper teeth) exposing the penis and then upon completion pushes the material forward completely covering the penis. The penis and zipper teeth never touch each other.
