This invention discloses a Sulawesi
datura (Sulawesi
datura) Diaphanosoma celebensis A high-density, stable propagation method was developed. *
Daphnia sulawis* was introduced as the initial
population, with an initial density of 400–1500 ind / L. During cultivation, basal feed and
nutrient solution were provided, with separate feeding via dual channels and staggered feeding times. The basal feed consisted of *
Chlorella vulgaris* feed, replenished daily. The
nutrient solution contained VB12, VC, VE, and
vitamin H. Cultivation lasted 10–20 days. This method achieved a high-density
propagation effect of approximately 7000 ind / L within the cultivation period and could maintain 6845 ind / L at r≈0.1285 d / L under scale-up conditions of ≥10 m³. ‑ ¹ Its propagation characteristics are replicable and scalable for
engineering applications.
