lithium-based lubricating
grease comprises the following components by weight: 75-94 parts of
base oil; 5-20 parts of a
thickening agent; 0.1-1 part of an
antioxidant; 0.5-4 parts of a
solid antifriction agent;and 0.05-0.3 part of an antirust agent. The preparation method of the lubricating grease comprises the following steps: S1, preparing the components; S2, adding the
base oil,
fatty acid and
lithium hydroxide monohydrate into a reaction kettle, and performing sealed heating to carry out
saponification reaction; S3, releasing the pressure of the reaction kettle, heating the mixture to 200-210DEG C,and performing
quenching and transferring to an intermediate kettle; and S4, carrying out
reflux shearing, homogenizing and cooling, adding the
antioxidant, the antirust agent and the
solid antifriction agent, and carrying out
reflux to obtain the product. According to the lubricating grease disclosed by the invention, by selecting the proper
base oil and adding the
solid antifriction agent, the extreme pressure antifriction properties of the lubricating grease are improved, the equipment wear is reduced, energy is saved, and the appearance is light in color, workers can conveniently perceivethe working state of the lubricating grease, the application range is wider, and more bearing and antifriction lubricating requirements are met.
