The invention discloses a rapidly solidified aluminum matrix composite enhanced by SiCp particles. The rapidly solidified aluminum matrix composite is prepared from the following components by volume percent: 2.5-25% of SiCp particles, and the balance of rapidly solidified aluminum alloy or pure aluminum powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: cleaning and baking the SiCp particles by deionized water after high-temperature oxidation and pickling; then drying the rapidly solidified aluminum alloy or pure aluminum powder to obtain high-energy mixed powder after mixing the powder; and finally, orderly carrying out repeated extrusion and common positive extrusion on the high-energy mixed powder to obtain the rapidly solidified aluminum matrix composite enhanced by the SiCp particles. Preparation method of ITO ceramic target material

The invention provides a preparation method of an ITO (indium tin oxide) ceramic target material, which comprises the following steps: performing wet ball-milling mixing on In2O3 powder and SnO2 powder with the purity of 99.99% according to the mass ratio of (90-97): (10-3), and adding a small amount of organic additive in the ball-milling process to obtain ITO slurry with good flowing property; allowing the obtained ITO slurry to be subjected to spray granulation to obtain spherical ITO granulation powder ; carrying out compression molding on the obtained ITO granulation powder to obtain an ITO biscuit with a regular shape; then carrying out cold isostatic pressing secondary pressing on the ITO biscuit; degreasing the ITO biscuit subjected to cold isostatic pressing at low temperature to remove the organic additive; and carrying out hot isostatic pressing sintering on the degreased ITO biscuit to prepare the ITO target material with high density and low resistivity. In the hot isostatic pressing treatment process, low-carbon steel is selected as a sheath, stainless steel is used as an isolation material to prevent the sheath from reacting with the target material, and later stripping is facilitated. According to the method, the sintering temperature and the sintering time required in the ITO target material preparation process are effectively reduced, the problem that the production period of a traditional normal-pressure sintering process is too long is solved, and the method plays a crucial role in improving the production efficiency of the target material.

The invention provides a preparation method of a high-temperature creep-resistant ceramic material, which comprises the following steps: S1, weighing 50-90 parts by weight of high-purity alpha-Al2O3 powder, 25-50 parts by weight of tabular corundum powder, 1-3 parts by weight of zirconium oxide powder and 0.5-1 part by weight of sintering aid, taking water as a solvent, adding a water-soluble dispersant, and carrying out ball milling to obtain slurry; s2, carrying out vacuum defoaming on the slurry, adding a catalyst and an initiator, uniformly stirring, injecting into a mold, curing, and demolding to obtain a green body; s3, drying the green body, softening, cutting into green sheets, and drying; and S4, sintering the dried blank sheet to obtain the ceramic material. The bulk density of the powder of the raw material components in different parts by weight is high, and the prepared ceramic material is a high-density material with high density and high hardness; and through mutual cooperation and distribution of the raw material components, bridge support of tabular corundum in a material system, and phase change toughening of alpha-Al2O3 and zirconium oxide in a high-temperature stage, and the prepared ceramic material has improved high-temperature creep resistance, breaking strength and erosion resistance, and is not easy to break and long in service life.
