index mapping rules to construct health
event synchronization units; determining the target synchronization
granularity based on the category of changed fields, and determining release conditions by combining the arrival status of the master
record, the arrival status of the result
record, the arrival status of the audit
record, the arrival status of the signature record, and the
authorization status; generating a structured incremental synchronization view for the corresponding target end and writing it to the intelligent
cloud database when the release conditions are met; and performing compensation
processing based on the synchronization unit identifier, the previous
version identifier, and the synchronization level of the target end when supplementation, correction,
revocation,
authorization withdrawal, or health master index merging is detected.
