The invention belongs to the technical field of methods for determining lead content in ore and in particular relates to a method for determining lead content in multi-metal ore. The method comprisesthe following steps: removing silicon with ammonium fluoride, dissolving a sample with a saturated nitrate-potassium chlorate solution, precipitating lead with sulfuric acid, eliminating arsenic, antimony and tin with hydrobromic acid, filtering to separate lead sulfate from partial interfering ions of copper, iron and zinc, dissolving the precipitate with an acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution, titrating with an EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid) standard solution, concentrating the filtrate, determining the lead content in an acidic medium by using an atomic absorption spectrometer, adding results obtained during EDTA titration and atomic absorption spectrometry to obtain the total content of lead in the ore. Aiming at determination of the lead content in the multi-metal ore, interference can be effectively eliminated, lead content loss is avoided, and the experimental accuracy is improved.
