This invention relates to the field of bio-based oil refining technology, and proposes an industrial-grade refining apparatus for mixed oils. The apparatus includes a mixing cylinder equipped with a stirring
assembly and a wall-scraping auxiliary mechanism, and a drive mechanism at the top to drive the stirring
assembly in a three-dimensional composite lifting motion. A disc
centrifuge is located directly below the mixing cylinder, with a guide
pipe fixed at its top, communicating with the bottom of the mixing cylinder. The bottom of the guide
pipe has symmetrically arranged spiral guide channels and horizontal
discharge ports. A
disc assembly is coaxially arranged inside the disc
centrifuge, with the gap between adjacent discs decreasing sequentially from bottom to top. This technical solution solves the problems in existing degumming processes, such as the large speed difference between long
pipe conveying and centrifugal feeding leading to secondary breakage of fragile bio-
phospholipid flocs, easy pipe blockage due to cooling, easy blockage at the bottom of traditional evenly spaced discs (for coarse separation), low purity at the top (for fine separation), and low mixing efficiency of traditional stirring structures.
