alcohol acrylic ester and a preparation method thereof. A general formula of the
hydrolysis-resistant

alcohol acrylic ester is as follow. The preparation method is characterized by: adopting alcoholic hydroxyl as a reference and adding
phosphorus-containing polyhydric
alcohol,
acrylic acid,
polymerization inhibitors, catalysts to a reaction vessel, wherein a
molar ratio of the phosphorus-containing polyhydric alcohol, the
acrylic acid, the
polymerization inhibitors, the catalysts to the alcoholic hydroxyl is 1:1.0, 2.5:0.01, 2.0:0.01, 4.0, followed by adding solvents; controlling concentrations of the reactants to 30-80% through the amount of the solvents; carrying out a dehydrolysis for 7-15 hours at a temperature of 75-140 DEG C, then cooling to a temperature of 25-40 DEG C, followed by washing and refining to remove the solvents and redundant
acrylic acid to obtain the
hydrolysis-resistant phosphorus-containing polyhydric alcohol acrylic ester. With the present invention, an
inorganic phosphorus chemical industry byproduct is adopted as a main
raw material to prepare the hydrolysis-resistant phosphorus-containing polyhydric alcohol acrylic ester. The hydrolysis-resistant phosphorus-containing polyhydric alcohol acrylic ester can be directly adopted as a reactive
fire retardant, further as a additive for improving a plurality of performance of
UV curing coatings such as adhesions,
polymerization rate and the like, a crosslinking coagent for commodity
polymer material, and can be applicable for other possible application fields.
