According to the cleaning process of the efficient and green automobile turbocharger remanufactured aluminium part, a novel mildew removal and oxide layer removal process is used, an oil stain removal process in factors of time, formula ratio, temperature, mode and the like is optimized, foreign matters including the oil stain, the mildew, the oxide layer, dust and the like on radial-flow turbocharger and a fixed-flow turbocharger old aluminium parts with remanufacture value are removed efficiently and thoroughly, a solid foundation is laid for the quality of the remanufactured turbocharger same as a new turbocharger. The remanufacture rate of the turbocharger is improved, the energy, materials and the cost are effectively saved, the waste water discharge quantity is reduced significantly, and sustainable and healthy development of the turbocharger industry is greatly promoted.
