The invention relates to cement blocks, with a purpose of providing a lightweight and environmental friendly multi-functional cement block processing technology that is suitable for the traditional operating habit. The processing steps are: a, preparing for materials according to the following weight ratio: 8-13 parts of crushed stones, 1 part of cement, 0.01-0.02 part of polypropylene fiber, and 1-2 parts of glass bead particles; particle size of the crushed stones is 0.03-0.5 cm; b, adding water to the solid material and blending the mixture homogeneously; c, adding the well mixed slurry to a compression moulding press to be moulded, with a moulding pressure bigger than 5 MPa; d, after moulding, placing the blocks on a layer board in the curing room for curing, with a curing temperature of 25-33 oC, and a curing time of 20-30 h in summer, and 36-60 h in winter; after then, placing the blocks in the open air to be watered everyday for curing for more than 28 days; the processing technology can be extensively used in sectors like construction, and hardening of road surface, and so on. Compared with traditional solid clay bricks, the cement blocks have the advantages of low density, good heat insulation property, high strength, and good earthquake resistance.
