The invention discloses an alpha-ketoglutarate content determination reagent kit and a method based on HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). The reagent kit comprises a reagent I, a reagent II, a reagent III, a reagent IV and an alpha-ketoglutarate standard, wherein the reagent I comprises hydrochloric acid, EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) and water; the reagent II comprises NaOHand water; the reagent III comprises phenylhydrazine hydrochloride and water; the reagent IV comprises dipotassium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate and water. The method comprises the steps of generating an absorption substance under ultraviolet by a reaction of alpha-ketoglutarate and a derivation agent, and after performing separation by the high performance liquid chromatography, determiningan alpha-ketoglutarate content through an ultraviolet detector. The kit and the method can detect a microgram level content and are high in sensitivity; a sample pretreatment process is simple and easy to operate; the manpower is saved; an extracting solution comprises simple ingredients; only aqueous solution extraction is required; the cost is low; and compared with a biological immunodetectionmethod, the required reagents have obvious price advantages, and are nontoxic basically, safe and environmentally friendly.

Preparation method of ceramic pigment and ceramic pigment

The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic pigment. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) detecting the content of metatitanic acid of metatitanic acid slurry, wherein the metatitanic acid content of the metatitanic acid slurry is 50-70%; (2) adding the following components in parts by weight: 120-240 parts of metatitanic acid slurry, 1-6 parts of chromium sesquioxide, 6-13 parts of antimony trichloride and 0-2 parts of auxiliary materials, and wetly stirring and homogenizing through stirring equipment; (3) adding water to regulate the slurry concentration tothe solid content of 50-70% so as to prepare mixed slurry; (4) pushing the mixed slurry into a rotary kiln for performing once-firing, and controlling the temperature to 1050-1250 DEG C; (5) enablingthe slurry out of a rotary cooler to enter grinding equipment so as to be ground, namely obtaining the ceramic pigment. The invention further discloses a ceramic pigment. According to the preparationmethod disclosed by the invention, the production efficiency can be improved, the production cost is reduced, and the pigment is stable in quality and high in coloring force.

The invention discloses a cardanol-based alkyd resin preparation method, which comprises the following steps of adding cardanol into a reaction container, adding an organic solvent for dissolution, adding a metal hydroxide aqueous solution into the reaction container, performing stirring and heating for refluxing, adding fatty acid chloride into the reaction container, performing heating for refluxing, performing vacuum evaporation to remove the organic solvent, adjusting the pH to be 1.5 to 3, adding ethyl acetate for demixing, washing an organic phase by using distilled water, drying the organic phase by using anhydrous sodium sulfate, performing filtration, washing a filter cake by using ethyl acetate, mixing the organic phase, and performing evaporation to remove the solvent to obtain pasty solid; adding the pasty solid and glycerin into a reaction container, heating dimethylbenzene for esterification, separating water by using a water separator, reducing the temperature, adding phthalic anhydride in batches, performing heating for refluxing until the viscosity and the acid value meet requirements, adding dimethylbenzene for dilution, and discharging to obtain alkyd resin. According to the method, the raw material cost is lowered; due to the special benzene ring-containing structure of the cardanol, the prepared alkyd resin has high performance of heat resistance, hardness and the like.
