drilling fluid and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pre-preparing a high-temperature-resistant
ebonite base solution from 0.2-0.8 part of a low-molecular-weight high-temperature-resistant foam stabilizer, 1-2 parts of a bubble
film density lightening agent and 0.1-0.2 part of a high-temperature
wetting agent in clear water; and uniformly mixing 0-3 parts of temperature-resistant
sodium bentonite, 0-0.1 part of an alkaline
regulator, 0.3-0.5 part of a high-temperature
foaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a high-temperature-resistant salt-resistant filtrate
reducer and 1-3 parts of a high-temperature-resistant resin filtrate
reducer, adding the mixture into the high-temperature-resistant base solution while stirring, and conducting stirring for 5-7 hours by using a low-speed strong stirrer. The
solid phase content is low, and the
membrane structure is strong; and the foam stabilizing effect is excellent in a high-temperature environment, the cycle index of the completion fluid after the micro-foam
drilling fluid is increased, the leaking stoppage effect under high temperature and
high pressure is improved, the safe and high effect of the recyclable micro-foam drilling and completion fluid is used for exploiting medium-high-temperature low-pressure easily-leaking oil and gas resources, geothermal wells or salt-
gypsum layers and the like, and the drilling requirements of deep wells and ultra-deep wells are met.
